The Little Details

Everything you might be wondering, all in one lovely place.

01
Before the Ceremony

A few things to know before the day arrives.

When should I RSVP?

We kindly ask that you send your reply by [RSVP date], so we may prepare for the gathering of our dearest family and friends.

Whether your answer is yes or no, we would be grateful to hear from you. Please visit our RSVP page to let us know if you'll be joining us for this most special occasion.

Are plus ones allowed?

As much as we would love to welcome everyone, our celebration is reserved for those whose names appear upon the invitation.

We have thoughtfully chosen those with whom we wish to share this special day and kindly ask for your understanding as we keep our celebration intimate.

Are children invited?

Of course! Little ones are more than welcome to join in the celebration.

We will have a few coloring books and activities to keep our younger guests entertained throughout the evening. After all, a little joy and wonder belong to every age!

02
The Wedding Weekend

When, where, what to expect

When and where is the wedding?

Our wedding will take place on Sunday, October 10th, 2027, at the beautiful Blackstone River Ranch, nestled among the mountains of Idaho Springs, Colorado.

3673 SH-103, Idaho Springs, Colorado

The ceremony will begin promptly at _____, with cocktails, dinner, and an evening of celebration to follow.

We cannot wait to share this unforgettable day with you, surrounded by the beauty of the Colorado mountains.

For a closer look at the day's festivities and all that awaits, we invite you to visit our Schedule page for additional details.

When should guests arrive?

We kindly ask that you arrive 30–40 minutes before the ceremony to allow plenty of time to find your seat and settle in before the festivities begin.

Please arrive no later than _____ so that everyone may be seated before the ceremony begins.

We hope you'll take a moment to enjoy the beauty of the ranch and the surrounding mountains before we say our vows.

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Our celebration will take place entirely outdoors, surrounded by the beautiful Colorado mountains. The ceremony will be held beneath the open sky, while dinner and dancing will take place beneath a tent.

As the sun sets over the mountains, the evening air may grow quite chilly. We encourage you to dress with the changing temperatures in mind and bring a warm layer to keep you comfortable as we celebrate into the night.

Is there a dress code?

Indeed there is! Our dress code is Funky Formal!

A little vintage, a little western, a little ’70s, and entirely your own.

Think romantic silhouettes, rich colors, beautiful textures, and a touch of unexpected flair. We encourage you to embrace your individuality while dressing for an elegant evening in the mountains.

For a closer look at our vision, along with attire inspiration and a few helpful guidelines, we invite you to explore our Dress Code page.

What is the farewell brunch on Monday?

Before we part ways, we would love to gather once more for a leisurely morning together.

On Monday, October 11th, 2027, we invite you to join us at Mariposa Restaurant, located inside Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado.

You will find the restaurant on the second floor, just to the right of the escalator.

Breakfast will be provided as we reminisce about the evening before and enjoy a few final moments together before everyone begins their journey home.

The morning will be relaxed and casual, so please come as you are. Attendance is entirely optional, but we would be delighted to have you join us.

We kindly ask that you indicate whether you'll be attending when submitting your RSVP.

03
The Journey

Finding your way to the mountains

What is the nearest airport and where should we stay?

For those traveling from afar, the nearest major airport is Denver International Airport (DEN), approximately an hour and fifteen minutes from Blackstone River Ranch, depending on traffic and mountain conditions.

For your stay, we recommend Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado, where we have arranged a room block with special rates for our wedding guests.

Should you wish to stay elsewhere, there are also charming accommodations throughout Black Hawk and Idaho Springs.

For additional lodging recommendations, room block information, and travel details, we invite you to explore our Travel page.

We cannot wait to welcome you to the mountains!

Shuttles will be available before the ceremony and throughout the evening to ensure everyone can travel comfortably and enjoy the festivities.

*Specific departure and return times will be announced soon. We kindly encourage guests planning to use the shuttle service to check back closer to our wedding day for the complete schedule.*

We invite you to explore the Transportation page

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes! Complimentary parking will be available for all guests at Blackstone River Ranch.

Upon arrival, simply follow the designated signs directing you to the parking area.

For those who would prefer to leave the driving to someone else, we encourage you to take advantage of our complimentary shuttle service from Monarch Casino Resort Spa. Additional transportation details can be found above.

04
The Table & Beyond

A little about food, drinks, & gifts

Will there be vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, options and kids meals?

Of course! We want every guest, both young and old, to feel welcomed and well cared for at our table.

Our caterer will be offering vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, along with special meals for our younger guests, so everyone can enjoy something delicious as we celebrate together.

We kindly ask that you note any dietary restrictions, food allergies, or children's meal requests when submitting your RSVP, allowing us to make the necessary arrangements ahead of time.

Will alc0hol be served?

Indeed! An open bar will be available throughout the celebration, offering a selection of beer, wine, and spirits for our guests to enjoy.

We will also have a collection of signature cocktails and mocktails, each thoughtfully inspired by a little piece of our story.

Whether you prefer something spirited or alcohol-free, there will be something lovely to sip as we toast to love, laughter, and an unforgettable evening together.

Cheers to a night worth remembering!

Where are you registered?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ever ask for, and celebrating this beautiful chapter of our lives with you means more than words can express.

As we continue building our life together, we have thoughtfully created a traditional gift registry alongside a fund dedicated to our future home. For those who wish to give, we would be equally grateful for a gift from our registry or a contribution toward the place we hope to one day call our own.

Both our gift registry and our future home fund can be found on our Registry page, where you are welcome to choose whichever feels most meaningful to you.

Please know that a gift is never expected. Your love, presence, and the memories we will make together are more than enough, and we are endlessly grateful to have you beside us as we begin this next chapter.

05
Captured Moments & Correspondence

From memories we make to questions that reamain

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that our ceremony be an unplugged celebration, allowing everyone to be fully present as we exchange our vows.

That being said, we completely understand the desire to capture a little moment of your own. Should you wish to take a photograph, we simply ask that you keep your phone close to your chest rather than raising it into the air or aisle, so our professional photographer and videographer can capture these once-in-a-lifetime moments without phones appearing in the background.

Once the ceremony has concluded, we encourage you to take as many photographs as your heart desires!

Thank you for helping us preserve the beauty and intimacy of this special moment.
