The Journey

To the mountains, and back again.

To ensure a seamless journey to and from our celebration, complimentary shuttle transportation will be provided for all wedding guests between Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk and Blackstone River Ranch in Idaho Springs.

The Journey There

Shuttles will depart from Monarch Casino Resort Spa at scheduled intervals before our 4:30 PM ceremony.

The final shuttle will depart Monarch at 3:30 PM.

We kindly ask guests to arrive at the designated pickup location 10–15 minutes before their scheduled departure to ensure everyone arrives comfortably and on time.

Not Staying at Monarch?

Not to worry! Guests who are staying elsewhere or traveling from home are welcome to drive directly to Monarch Casino Resort Spa, utilize the hotel's valet parking, and board one of our complimentary shuttles to the venue.

This allows everyone to enjoy the celebration without having to navigate the mountain roads afterward.

The Journey Home

As the evening unfolds, complimentary shuttles will transport guests from Blackstone River Ranch back to Monarch Casino Resort Spa.

Multiple return departures will be available throughout the evening, allowing guests to make their way back according to the shuttle schedule.
